How I work
In addition to my lactation qualifications, I completed the OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coaching course in 2019. This distinctive program focuses on a scientific, evidence-based approach to guiding families toward their sleep goals.
With this advanced training, I provide support rooted in an understanding of normal developmental sleep patterns, recommending only safe, proven strategies. My approach is fully supportive of continued breastfeeding for as long as mother and child wish. I will never suggest leaving a child to cry alone; instead, I prioritize gentle, responsive methods that respect your family’s needs.
If you’re looking for a quick fix, my approach may not be the best fit. But if you’re interested in gradually improving your baby’s sleep in a nurturing, compassionate way, I would be honored to support you.
I work with babies from 6 months to 2 years old, always setting realistic expectations—for example, I don’t expect all 6-month-olds to sleep from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
I offer a range of packages to suit your family’s unique needs
Full Sleep Support Package (£350)
- Pre-consultation Diary: A detailed sleep, nutrition, and development diary for parents to complete, helping us tailor our approach from the start.
- 90-Minute Sleep Consultation: Conducted in person (within a 30-minute drive of EN4) or via Zoom, for a thorough, personalised discussion on your child’s sleep needs.
- Personalised Sleep Plan: A comprehensive, customised sleep plan and consultation summary, delivered within two days.
- Three Weeks of Follow-Up Support: Ongoing guidance through WhatsApp for continued support and adjustments.
- Two 15-Minute Check-In Calls: Scheduled at convenient times to discuss progress and address any questions.
Stand Alone Sleep Call (£110)
This one-hour call is ideal for clients with straightforward sleep concerns who are seeking small adjustments to their child’s current routine. During the session, parents can ask questions, take notes, and gain clarity on their specific needs. The call also includes a follow-up email within the week for any additional guidance. Should you decide to book a full sleep consultation afterward, 50% of this call’s fee will be credited toward it.
